We built Talent Health, a custom web platform that centralizes job posting, talent search, applications, and full selection-process tracking, with dedicated journeys for candidates and institutions. It runs on a React front-end and a Java + Spring Boot back-end over a relational database, with OAuth social login (Apple, Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft) and automatic validation of each professional's council registration (CRM, COREN, CRP) through external APIs, removing one of the most labor-intensive checks in healthcare recruitment. Candidates build rich profiles by importing from LinkedIn, filling in manually, or uploading a résumé, while institutions manage their roles from a dedicated panel, including affirmative positions for specific groups. Refined filters and personalized recommendations connect each side to the right match, and every application moves through a visible, trackable pipeline (résumé review, interview, behavioral test) where recruiters log feedback, rank profiles, and release WhatsApp contact while candidates follow their status in real time. Built specifically for healthcare rather than as a generic job board, the platform encodes the real logic of the sector (clinical specialties, councils, experience levels, contract types), with security and privacy as a central requirement.
